I've had good luck with the Rule 1100. The top port is for the bait and the lower port can be used as a pickup for a wash down pump.

The top of the pump ( in red ) is the motor. If needed the motor pops off the pump body. Simply carry a spare motor rigged with your electrical setup if the motor should ever have a problem. It's easy to relace on the water.
