Bertram 31 selling market

Is it my imagination, or has the 31 market gotten soft? I have to let go of my 1972 as seen in your images section but haven't gotten a single call, could be the gas prices I guess, but hopefully she'll go to someone who needs her as bad as I did.What's your take on the current market?
