OK Now we are getting somewhere.

Patrick, the Ip address you posted comes from "keymachine.de" It is owned by "Keyweb AG" this is a German ISP (not Danish). You can report the spammer to "abuse@keyweb.de"

Do you have an all numeric IP address for the spammer? (i.e. "182.23.122.044")? THis will allow Keyweb AG to figure out just who the culprit is.

P.S. I have a website myself and I get really tired of the spammers. I especially hate the ones that infect your computer with trojans and spyware. There doesn't seem to be any official body with adequate sovereignty to actually police the spammers/hackers. Many of the most offensive servers are located in spots where there is little real sovereignty, much less internet policing. Wouldn't it be great if there were a non-profit vigilante organization that would track down and mete justice on friggin spammers? I'd send em my dollar.
