There;s no reason to change your rudder ports, unless you just don't have them to begin with...

If your ports are worn and sloppy, they can be re-bushed with bearing bronze sleeves in either 1 1/4" or 1 1/2". If you do that, it's better to wait until you have the new rudders in hand so that your machine shop can match the new bearing to the rudder shaft.

I got a call from my machinist yesterday with the news that the price is increased on stainless steel. I haven't had a chance to update the price on the rudders page, but new price will be $1,230.00...
