Throttle COntrol Question

I think I am running the original '72 vintage Morse Twin SR controls. One set for trannies, one set for engines. Four levers in total, two on each side.
The Yanmar fuel lever return springs are overcoming the friction "throttle creep" adjustments on the controls. Spring tension on the new engines is huge. Pulled the controls apart, and the nylon bushings in the controls are basically gone. Probably been worked about a zillions times. No more adjustment left.
Questions:
Is there a rebuild kit out there for these things?
Or, should I just drop in a new set: approx. $269.00 plus shipping to do the throttle side?
Or, or, change out to another set of controls? Do not want single lever controls, or anything fancy. What I have has worked for 34 years, so its a worn out issue, not a performance upgrade deal.
Many thanks in advance.
