struts

gonna have to order new 1 1/2"struts,cain't find any one locally to bore the old one's out.how do i determen what the degree of the strut is ? they are originall running gear,had 454 in it .with 1 3/8"shfts.what was the original strut angle on a 1971 31 bertram ?any help ???
