Time with the Professor

Well guys, I went to visit Mike earlier today. After saying hi to me the very next words out of his mouth were, "UV sent me orchids". How's that for ya? UV, they looked wonderful.

Anyway, I told Mike about all the well wishing and he was overjoyed to hear of all the concern for his well being. He was in very good spirits although a little ovewelmed at the time with some pain from the chest tube. He also was very tired due to lack of sleep last night and constant phone calls and about 20 other visitors besides myself today. He will probably remain in the hospital for a few more days, he has a private room and a very attentive staff. He even has on demand pain meds....woo hoo!! His spirits are good, he was doing some joking around with me and then the meds started to take over and he began dozing. It was time to leave. He thanked me for stopping by and told me to say thanks to all the faithful.
