I am not sure which is worse. All the water in the plant, or removal of the road and utilities.

At least inside, the damage was ours to mitigate. With yours you will get to enjoy the wait for the local roadbuilders to schedule you in and restore services.

Hold on tight and hope you have business interruption insurance!!!!
