Bertram Hatteras Shootout results

Back on the main land and while the weather was great the fishing was slow (51 fish in 3 days of fishing for 61 boats). This year was the first for an all release format and proved to work well. I believe in the next few years we will see more of this format for all billfish tournaments on all coasts.
The good news is that Bertram for the first in 9 years crushed Hatteras in overall points. We did this despite having a 10 boat disadvantage. Top boat was also a Bertram the Wynsong (sp?)2 blues and 1 white in 3 days).
News from the factory is all good with line upgrades planned for this year. Production is planned to reach 100 units in the next few years.

Saw one nice 31 in Boat Harbour-Poco Loco its a tender type boat for a 67 the Coco Loco, also 2-36's fished the tournament(1 was the factory boat).

As for our results saw 1 blue/caught 1 blue. Drank lots of Bushwackers and got really burnt. Now its back to reality and that third coat of awlgrip on the hull. Keep it real fellas.
