AJ about done?

Well, after katrina-ravaged AJ has been in the yard for 9 months, she is in line for the paint barn next week. All the mechanical and glass work is done, so the paint should be the last roundup. Yard even told me to schedule my electronics guy to install the new SSB antenna and autopilot head for next week, and that call has been made. Katrina hurt a lot of folks, and I'm a lucky guy to have gotten a little whack vs. a total on AJ. I promise you guys one thing, when she comes home to the camp she ain't ever going back to New Orleans during hurricane season.

The Bride says I'm suffering from AJ withdrawals, and guess she's right. My weekends at the camp include a lot of AJ fiddling, and for the last 9 or 10 months riding around in the golf cart waving "howdy" at folks just ain't the same.

Paint, sea trial, then bring her home.......
