I have the 315's turning bronze four-blade 20 X 23.5 through a 2:1 gear, and I am very pleased.

3000 RPM = 24.9 knots
3200 RPM = 26.7 kts
3400 RPM = 28.0 kts
3600 RPM = 29.6 kts (Max continuous operating rpm)
3950 RPM = 32.5 kts (WOT)
