Thanks for the insight. You are right. Not what I wanted to hear, but a new tank is certainly cheaper than a new engine. I have to fund my 2 children's education before I can go diesel and sleep at night!!

I am not sure why the old salts keep insisting that ethanol is just cleaning out the old tanks. Why isn't it cleaning out the old aluminum tanks as well? I plan to watch it closely before I make a move.
