Teak and Holly adhesive?

Well--Tonite I am going to install the 1/4" Teak and Holly sections of floor on my 28 B( 1/4" teak and holly ply--3 sections to do the full cabin. My question---I am looking for input on what to adhere this to my cabin floor with? I was thinking 5200, but if it ever was damaged and had to be replaced--I would have a mess. Any input on me using standard Subfloor adhesive?-- Also-- I am assuming a toothed spreader to lay the adhesive down would give best results. Any input? Thanks
