If you've been running Ethanol for that long from a fiberglass Bertram tank, you're a perfect candidate. The filters seem to have no effect in removing the dissolved epoxy resins, and the inherent problems don't rear their ugly heads right away. It took 3 seasons before it really screwed up my B-20 and I blamed all the problems I had on everything else...fuel filters, fuel pump, 2 carburetors, ignition system, etc., etc. I don't like being the bearer of bad news...and I hope I'm wrong, but I recommend you looking into a tank change. No one's come up with a real other solution, and your engines sound too new to risk more damage.
