If the valves are sticking you may be dealing with our ethanol problem. Remove a plug and see if it has a shiny black residue. If the 3.0 has a carburetor, remove it and look underneath again for a shiny black surface. If that's what you're dealing with, be very careful or you'll bend pushrods on startup due to glued down valves when the engines cool down. You'll need advice from some of the faithful who hve shut down after a healthy blast of carb cleaner and tricks like that. Walter
