I think most of the problem stems from we hear trash talk all the time. It's the dirt everbody wants to hear, like the sensationalized 6:00 news.
In my buisness if the sales goes through with out a hitch the seller was a "great guy" if the sale gets ugly for what ever reason including the seller not divulging problems with the boat, it's all the brokers fault, he's the jerk and once again the dirt catches on like wild fire!
Enough of this subject.
Steve, sorry you experencing the problems you have with your 28B, was the surveyor a SAMMS or NAMMS accredited surveyor?
