Need help

Can anyone tell me how to remove the sink drain fitting on the outside of the hull ?
I removed the two flat head screws thinking it would come off- no such luck. I pretty much have the entire hull sanded down with the exception of the transom which will get knocked out today.
Need to get the thru hulls removed and this sink drain has me buffalo'd.
