Vic,

You mentioned you used Dawn. Do I soak my S & B's in a 3 gallon bucket with Dawn and warm water? How have you done it? That spray cleaner doesn't seem to do much. I've noticed a small increase in my fuel consumtion. They are black and need cleaned. I have the spray oil that the other filter people sell.

Well I called Power Winch this morning and they are going to give me a brand new winch even after 3 1/2 years of use. I like to give a company Kudos when deserved. Long story a distributer in N.J. had it for 4 months!I'll tell you who not to send one to for repair.
