Since when are section codes from USCG & ABYC bs?

As a recreational boater who ownes a premier fishing boat that I may want or need to sell one day and would be perfectly suitable in a commercial capacity, Charter boat. I would not want to perform any major modification which would be against ABYC or CG standards.

So read everthing and make your own informed decision. Don't be bullied or blindly led into a major modifications.
