I can tell you that the $70K is a beautiful opportunity. I'm on my second year in my restoration and everything these guys are saying is my life. I'm over $110K and paying for a boat that I'm not using! I've got another year to go! I'd ask the guy if he'll take cash!!! It's a good thing I'm seperated otherwise I'd be divorced! (A little humor....)
