Thanks for all the kind words gents!
I've made all kinds of friends with this stew and I'm happy that people enjoy it. It's not hard to get the ingredients, but the 5 to 6 hours it takes to make it (constant stirring) is the only way to get the thickness that we want.
I'll be sure to get another batch out to you guys later this year.
