Proof we are all crazy

Got my new issue of SWS magazine today. Second full spread ad inside front cover is for Fountain and Mercury. Featuring a 38' center console with four (4) 250 hp black motors on the back. Touting how the 'team' won a cat food tourney (king macs) in Key West by running 80 mph and geting to the spot 5 minutes ahead of the other cat food seekers.

Then on p. 12 there is a full page ad for some condos in Deerfield Beach, FL called the 'Bluefin Ocean Club' priced from 450K to 1.1M. Name conjures up some images, but no, the picture is of a kid holding up a goddam sac a lait, a little one to boot. For you yankees a sac a lait is a crappie. Not a marlin or bluefin tuna, but a goddam sac a lait. Hope they did not pay the ad agency a lot for that one.

So what's Uncle Vic's point? We are all crazy. We use expensive boats to chase fish we turn loose.

And a bunch of us are paying big money to do it in a third world country two months from today..... The SWS stuff just tickled my funnybone.
