Walter, Chiles - yeah, the snake is gone, but his brothers & sisters are around, after all, the camp is in a swamp. The sanke sauce piquant, saute'd down in a roux and garlic, was on my mind, but we blew it up pretty bad with the shotgun.
Walter, and all of you, my advice is to cool our jets on the corn gas until we see how it settles out. I still think the 10% booze is just cutting the old gas varnish out of the tanks and not eating up the tanks. I have dealt with gas varnish in a couple of boats, one with Monel tanks, and the things people report as problems are the same. Before we start cutting out some of the best fiberglass tanks ever made, let's just take a pause. I still see no reliable proof that our Bertram glass tanks are being eaten up by the booze.
The enemy of good is better, and the enemy of reason is panic.
