WELL here is my 2 cents-- I have had my 28 for over 20 yrs-- 10 yrs ago I broke 2 windows-- replacement was about 50-60 a piece. No problems till this summer-- On one charter-- customers break 2 windows one on port side other on starboard. Result-- new windows are going to be made of Lexan-- a lil bit more money than plexi- but plexi scratches-- Nascar uses lexan for windshields-- my water taxi is getting tinted lexan.
