Matt,
I sent you an email- Send me your number and I will give you a ring. How bad is that deck? Depending on how bad it is--sometimes it is possible to drill holes(1/2" and space them apart) from the underside-- but dont drill all the way thru--just till you are about to the gel..You can then inject acetone with a syringe to help dry these areas out. Onced this area has dried out-- Then you can take West thickened and inject it into the panel. As you inject in one hole--it should come out the next and so forth. This will work on localized core damage. Give me a ring-- maybe some of the Faithful will chip in on opinions for this.
