Steering

Thanks for the earlier feedback, perhaps I did not explain what I'm looking for? If the rudder is dead center and you assume it is at 0 degrees in relation to the centerline and you turn to port or starboard as far as you can go, what would be an approximate angle to the centerline? I beleive either my teleflex cable is broken or the rudders are stuck for some reason. All I can get after 2 and 1/2 turns in either direction is 10-15 degrees. I'm assuming it's not correct but I'd like to have some guidenance before I start dismantling the rudder mechanism.
Thanks again
