My understanding of the reman market was that it would stay (on the Cummins side at least). The fact that the units are "re-man" is the loophole the manufacture can use for repowering older hulls.
I was under the impression that tier 2 emmission packages were "mandated" for new production only. If something has changed I'd be interested to hear about it.
I'll be in W. Palm next week and ask my Cummins rep what the deal is.
