Just shot the first gelcoat on the new mold...

Will do a trial pull of the part tomorrow and see how it goes.

Tommy and I are working on the details, such as backing boards, engraving, & etc. Too soon yet to put any numbers or time frame to availability, but the feasibility study is underway.

The first pull will be to create a new master plug to make the final mold. There are some flaws in the original model that Tommy sent & I want to correct those in the master.

I'm squeezing this phase in between ordered production items, so making the second mold will have to go on the back burner until the end of this month. No orders are being taken just yet...
