Thanks for the info so far guys - I've got to give this some thought. It's not just nickel or dime sized blisters, but they are long and open at this point and you can pretty much take a scraper and put it through the gel coat and just start peeling. This is in several spots around the boat particularly around the strakes, but there are more spots as well. It looks really dry. I may need to strip all this away, per sand blasting, to see the extent of what I've got here. Weird. I've had the boat for a while and this just showed up this year. Thanks for the input so far.
