I run the web site for the mid Atlantic and Charlie and I have a system for keeping track of who is coming. If you like I will set up a Web site like the Mid and that will help keep track.
Heres how it works, There is a sign up form on the site and when someone signs up Charlie and I both get a e-mail with the form attached. Then I have my programers put the Name of who is coming and the name of the boat. I will be happy to do the same for you guys. It can be set up in a few hours.
I will need the e-mail of the person who is running the meeting.
When someone signs up for the dinner do they send money?, and to who?. We can also keep track of that on the site.
I know that last year it got real crazy on who paid and who did not.
You wanted some help I think this would help.
