update on the OB Rendezvous

OK guys, here is one more update on the OB Rendezvous. I have rented the Beach Club for Saturday August 5th from 5 pm to 12:00. Mitch has talked to friend about catering the dinner and Neil has gathered up some stuff for the raffle. I believe we are in good shape here, about the old thing lacking is a web site to keep everybody apprised but I guess I can keep posting here and hope people see it.

I have a general list of those who contacted me already. The Marina has told me that 23 boats had signed up as of March 15th. From this I have heard from 20 boats that said who there were, size of boat, and guess at who would be interest in dinner. So here is what I have. If you made a reservation, but don’t see you name, or incorrect information please e-mail me so I can get it corrected.

As you can see I am missing 3 boats and possibly more that I don’t know about. This list also does not include me or the other two Bertram that will be across the harbor and the Yacht Club. This makes approximately 60 adults and 20 kids. I am sure more people will come to the party as the date approaches so I believe we will be able to hold the $20 for facility and $35, $15 for Dinners. Remember its Bring your own Booze, so that cuts down the price right there.
