Dick-I used to run a 38 Egg Harbor many years ago and had to repair a clogged shower drain in the head. If I remember correctly there was a fiberglass pan on the floor with a 1-2" lip to contain the water on the floor with a low-point drain. The drain led to a smallish contaiment container below decks that had a bilge pump and outbound hose to an above water outlet on the hull. In your case, with a teak floor, you could drill and install a drain fitting at your low point, run a hose from underneath either to your bilge or a separate pump out container. You might want/need a teak lip around the floor to keep water from running out the door or damaging the sides where they meet the deck. Hope this helps. Walter
