I was pouring some red fluid from a measuring cup into the fuel tank when three Club members happened by my slip yerterday. One aked what I was doing. "Just taking care of business', I replied.
And then it started. Additives in the fuel. STEROIDS! Oh, brother. "So this is why the boats' so quick. Steroids".
"All these BERTRAMS are on this stuff", lamented another.
I understand that there will be a judical inquiry next week. Federal Court because this Bertram has been seen in inter-state gatherings, i.e. New Jersey and Rhode Island, and international waters. So what's the big deal. A lot of boats have additives. A little help. But the bubble boaters and 'would be' fisherman that, say, have those Brown Finn boats, are sick and tired of having the "Faithfull" do a little bashing.Maybe a lot of bashing.
Capt. Patrick said "It ain't braggin' if it's true". I say "If you got it, fluant it".
So here we are...
I would see if Da Judge would sit for this one, however he must recuse himself since he just might have a skeleton in the closet. Maybe Doc could come in as an expert medical expert. Hell, he got two Bertrams. We know that we have fraud lawyers that work on financial situations on the federal level, so maybe that could be an idea. This is not another fraud case but it might just get the attetion of UV.
You know, maybe this is another fraud case.
So to all the Faithful that watch Law & Order you should be aware that during the course of the investigation, it will come out that the engine hatches were in the up position and the plantifs saw the big air filtration system atop the BigBlocks.Yes, the K&N's.
The engines are painted blue as Crusaders but in reality should be black since they are Mercs. Don't get messed up as a wittness. Should you be called.
