Cut panels the size of each side and one that will match the slight curve of the stern. Drill about 4-5 holes in each and pass a bolt through each of them (or use the kind of bolt where the head digs in and won't turn)...or epoxy the heads firm. Pad over the bolt head side and then drill matching holes in the combing to position your padded panels. Pass the bolts through the holes and (from behind) put on a washer and a wing nut on the threaded bolt you just passed through. Done. I suggest you leave a few small grommeted holes on the underside for drainage. Walter
