painting ?

just finished sanding the upper deck, bow sides and gunnels, the paint that was on there before looks like interux inter deck. although i sanded pretty good you can still see some of the texture. originally was going to re paint with interlux perfection 2 part high gloss, but now iam not sure since i will see all the inperfections, cant piture in my mind how this would look as in non skid, or i can replace with the inter deck with no gloss at all, need some input please, all haws pipes and rod holders are of and plan to have them re chromed
