Hal,

If I were guessing I'd put a fully custom interior, (cabinetry, upholstry, teak trim, teak & holly soles, paint, varnish, etc.), to be in $35 - 40k range. I wouldn't necessarily recommend that kind of redo for a hardcore fishing boat though. Maintenance could be a nightmare...
