JP,

Do your pilaster glass work first and get it faired in before setting the window frames. Once done, just follow the boat with the frames being as straight as reasonably possible. Remember that the glass is going to float in the Sikaflex 292 bedding.

When you remove the pilaster exterior panels, you'll notice that Bertram only drilled, at most, a couple of 1" holes in the coaming. You can open those to encompass the whole area if you're glassing the pilasters in place.

Once the wire chase is done, epoxy the panels in place, sand off all the old gelcoat and lay down a couple of layers of 6 oz glass cloth to tie the joints together well. Allow all of your epoxy work to cure for a few weeks before fairing with AwlFair 2 part epoxy fairing compound.

Br,

Patrick
