Capt Patrick-window questions

Hope you are getting settled in your new digs. I have just pulled out my cabin bulkhead walls on my 28b and am preparing to make new walls with windows like Buddy Boy. I have a couple of questions-- I will be doing an interior mount just like on Buddy Boy. The trim on Buddy Boy appears to be rubber? Do you have a source for this? Also--Since my head will now lose the sliding window--what recomendations do you have for ventilating this area? Last question--I am assuming the rabbet bead on the outside of the window gets routered with a 1/4 round and then the exposed wood epoxied. ( I will first cover the exterior and interior walls with formica before beginning the project) The epoxied edge will transition to the formica face but this break will not be seen by painting. I was planing on Imron or Awlgrip for the panels--prep with scuffy pads. (my decks are currently oyster white grip) Input if to shoot with Imron or Grip and if imron--what color to match oyster white. Thanks in advance
