Thanks Guys for all of your support. It is rather bitter sweet because I would've never altered my classic so drastically in the past but with the situation at hand I think it's alright. I mainly spearfish the oil rigs for competition out in the Gulf from Alabama to Texas and she will be set up much better for that now. I needed way more fuel and to put the ice chests in front of the motors to do what I really wanted to do with her.
I was able to pickle the motors as soon as she was uprighted so for the most part, they're in pretty good shape (only 600hrs on them..) the rest of the running gear, etc. seems to be unharmed since it abruptly flipped and went down. I only had about 20 gallons of water in my main fuel tank and when I pulled the rocker covers they looked untouched.......
It's a bunch to bite off especially now since the storm put 8ft of water in my houses and almost stopped my business but she's where I want her to be right now. I'm thinking glass a "cabin" floor in, add bimini top, more fuel, lower station and I'll be rolling after the motors are gone over. My buddy already built another mahogany swim platform for me... Don't plan on having her in the water before about this time next year. Hopefully..............
