Phil, just use all epoxy resin for both jobs you mentioned. For the bulkheads,if you are talking about glassing to hull use 6" strips 1 1/2 oz matt with 24oz roven, or 1 1/2oz mat with 1708 biaxle. For the pads look in Boat building tips. You can use cabosil between pad and hull and glass over with either of above. I prefer 1708. just my preference. Ken
