Its a 3 line system with the pressure tank. The tank is mounted on the outboard side of the stbd engine. But for that matter it could be mounted anywhere. Keep in mind that you will have to access it occasionally to check or add air pressure to the system-especially while doing initial prime.
If you are adding a new system to the boat plum in some T's in each of the 3 lines with a shut off at each T. This way if you ever add an autopilot the job is way easier. The shut offs also allow easy replacement of the pilot pump if and when it ever fails.
