Did you blast the entire boat? What you do below the waterline will be different from above the water line.
Interprotect makes a product to be used on raw fiberlass below the waterline which I think they recommend two or three coats, then go to Interprotect 1000 with 4/5 coats.
Now that Interprotect and Awlgrip is owned by the same company Axle Noble, they now say barrier coating is a good hard primer above the waterline.
