Personally I'd go with Volt, since you're monitoring the engine battery as well?? (no authority tho).

As for gauges as long as your next power is mechanical I don't see why you couldn't re-use the gauges. Even with the electronic motors you can get a converter to use the old gauges. Though I'd love the idea of running one cable to instruments instead of a bundle of wires.

I had the same thought as I plunked down 6-bills for the twinscan tach & fuel flow. But unless I win the MegaMillions I'll be nursing my old gassers for years to come.
