Jerry, You can call Kieth @ 1-800-899-0591 and ask on the transducer interchangability. It works OK for UV. I did it in my old 25B and it was OK for a back-up but I was not satisfied with the performance when compared to a thru hull.I epoxied mine after testing in the bag method first. I'm happy with the thru hull for my Furuno. The only time it doesn't read is when I'm in 3 feet of water . None like the shallow water nor do I. Dave K
