28 Bert sea trial

Sea trialed the 28 I put a pair of new Marine power 5.7L MPI 325hp.

Cruise at 2400, 19 knots
WOT, 4500, 31.2 knots

Recomended wot is between 4200 to 5000.

I figured no more real speed if I up'd the wot rpm. It gets up on plane after 1800 rpm with a good bite.
Fuel tank was full, boat normaly loaded.

Fuel savings should be very good over the Merc carb'd.

Another owner with a grin as wide as the ocean at sea trial.
