I've used the KOMOCELL on the side pillar pannels of my b35, upper and lower. I'ts easy to work with and with a fine jig saw blade, leaves a smooth edge.

The only thing I've found is that the smooth surface scratches easily and doesn't have the shine of my painted boat. I'm probably going to paint them this spring if I get some other stuff done first.

BTW, they udnermounted with screws from the front and have been removed many times and as long as I'm carefull not to over tighten, the screws have held well.

I got a sheet from my boat yard 3/8 for $80 2 years ago.
