As U.V.'s pilot for all my UVII's my favorite memories are on A.J. Seeing the biggest blue of my life, half the tail out of the water was over four feet tall. He wouldn't bite! Seeing a white cruise next to us for several hundred yards my first trip and thinking that this must be normal because none of the others got excited. I was the only one who saw it for a few minutes. He wouldn't bite either! Having the best boudin ever for lunch. Having U.V. yell, "Synchronize!" at me because I couldn't hear those damn Cummins (I'm as deaf as U.V. is blind) and one of the tachs had quit.
And as the truth fades and the fables swell the stories are better and better.
Tell it again, Uncle Vic.
