Steve,
I used 1/4 Sintra PVC foam board purchased from GE Polymershapes. It comes in 10' lengthes and one sheet did both sides of the B26. I laminiated them with off white formicat that matched the paint I used Taco trim around the cutouts and sealed the edges with PVC glue. Using the old sides as a template, it can be done in a day. Dramatic improvement with minimal mess. I keep a UV inhibitor wax on the surface to keep the formica from breaking down. It looks too good to paint. Total cost, about 110.00 per side. That includes the PVC board, formica, trim and special glue to adhere the PVC to formica.
