Total rewiring help

Well, gang, it's that time. THere is nothing in Dreamsicle but two hunks of iron (Cummins) and space for a double wide. Now I need to plan and install wiring. I have had long conversations with Chiles since he just did his and it is a help. I need to know if any of you have used any of the books on the market (Calder, Payne, Etc) and what you thought of those or have you used others? How did you plan this and as far as drawing a schemaitc is concerned I'm pretty green. I understand the very basics of marine wiring, i.e. that I need protection from galvainc action Etc. but I don't necessarily want to learn to be an electronics engineer. How did you do it? How did you read? Where did you buy your stuff? Chiles sent me a long list of suppliers in addition to giving me bunch of leftovers from his project (Bless you my friend). I will share his supplier list with the Faithful upon completion of my project so you won't have to reinvent the wheel. Any help, as always, is appreciated.
