I was just in cabo in early Feb and had a good trip with C-Rod. http://www.fish-cabo.com/ Abel, the Captain fished hard and seemed to really want to catch fish. We threw at a couple of striped Marlin when no other boats even saw one and came home with some big snapper. This was a clean boat and well run. There are a huge amount of 31's to fish on in Cabo as well. Good Luck!
